I’m a creative problem solver.

2021 – Present

Leading the design team and overall creative direction through client campaigns
and across Sift’s multiple sub-brands. I’ve crafted compelling and strategic
brand experiences and visual identities that boost client engagement, improve
market positioning and drive commercial results in a challenging sector.

I have established efficient creative processes and run in-depth client workshops
that transform complex business objectives into effective design solutions.
I mentor junior designers and manage freelance relationships to build a high-
performing creative team.

Alongside leadership duties, I deliver end-to-end design work, from initial
concept through to final execution. My collaborative approach combines
commercial insight with creative vision, delivering unforgettable brand and
marketing campaigns that surprise and delight stakeholders. This spans brand
strategy, digital experiences, and print collateral, always ensuring exceptional
quality and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely
with content, development, and client service teams, I unite different disciplines
to create seamless experiences.

2016 – 2021

Working within the design team across Sift’s sub-brands; including PracticeWeb, AccountingWeb and Accounting Excellence. Primarily providing Brand identity and website design for clients within the financial sector. I was responsible for the design portion of the company’s monthly whitepaper publishing and producing client-branded guides and ebooks.

2014 – Present

Worked independently across a wide variety of clients from blue-chip, SME’s and small businesses. Provided branding, packaging, book design, event collateral and social media assets.

2012 – 2014

Post-production and editing for film, including promotional and marketing videos to feature-length documentaries. Worked with diverse clients, from award-winning directors to charities and small businesses.
